GREENER FUTURE: JAKIM FOUNDATION'S IMPACT

Jakim Foundation, under the visionary leadership of our patron Jared Kimetto, continues to make a profound impact on the environment and the community. On August 16th-17th, 2024, during the Talanta SuperCup Under-15 Football Tournament at Eldoret Sports Club, we proudly celebrated a dual mission: nurturing young talent and fostering environmental conservation.

As part of this initiative, the Foundation planted 1,300 tree seedlings across Mwiruti Secondary, Mwiruti Primary, Mwiruti PCEA, Yamumbi Police Station, Kimumu Primary, and Ainabtich Primary. The tree-planting drive saw parents, children, and community members coming together, united by the shared vision of creating a greener and healthier future.

This remarkable achievement would not have been possible without the unwavering support of our dedicated partners. Special thanks go to 82 Sports, led by George Ruto, and Smachs, led by Charlene Ruto, for providing the seedlings and championing this noble cause alongside us.

At Jakim Foundation, we believe that planting trees goes beyond environmental conservation. It symbolizes nurturing talent, fostering character development, and building a sustainable future for generations to come.
